Officer Development Program Trainee - Transaction Banking - Surabaya

Overview of The Role

  • This is a 3 month-fast track program which will provide the incumbents with a combination of in-class and on-the-job training. The program will provide trade finance facility, credit, risk and selling knowledge. Upon passing the 3-month-program, the incumbents will be expected to maintain Transaction Banking customer portfolio of Cash or Trade products.

Requirements

  • S1 from any major
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Maximum age of 28
  • Fresh Graduates or professionals from related area (maximum 2 years of working experience) are welcome
  • Willing to travel
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Good level of English proficiency (spoken) is preferably

Officer Development Program Trainee - Treasury Capital Market    

Overview of The Role

  • This is a 3 month-fast track program which will provide the incumbents with a combination of in-class and on-the-job training. The program will provide selling, treasury operations and risk knowledge. Upon passing the 3-month-program, the incumbents will be expected to take on either in Treasury Slaes Wholesale/Retail or Business Management with Treasury Capital Market.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master Degree from Finance, Accounting, Economic or Statistic major
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 (of 4.0)
  • Graduates either from prominent overseas or local universities are preferred
  • Maximum age of 28
  • Fresh Graduate or professional from related area (maximum 2 years of working experience) are welcome
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement knowledge management strategies through sharing sessions, meet the author, sharing moments, and watch together, as well as improvisation (development) to improve the knowledge management activities
  • Make regular reports on the status of the development of the whole knowledge management activities and evaluate the effectiveness of each activity in a knowledge management program and make recommendations for improvement of the management system and library facilities in order to improve the quality of knowledge management services.
  • Collecting data (data entry) and recapitulate the staff training activities, both external and internal training so that the availability of training data current employees.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the program of work practices to students in collaboration with unit leader for the admission of students and ensure the availability of a place for students to do practice work and to monitor and evaluate the program based on standards and policies Adaro Group.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Library Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Develop 7 days forecast based on supply capability

Job Requirements
