Strategic Planning Manager

  • Placement: Representative Office (Jakarta)

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the team of Analysts in performing their daily tasks, preparing the deliverables and helping to maintain the strong relationship Strategic Planning & Business Analyst has with other departments across the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate financial models for the various Life of Mine scenarios (base case, upside, downside, etc).
  • Review and evaluate the results/outcomes of key strategic projects (method of mining, change in capacity, M&A activity, etc).
  • Prepare deliverables as appropriate.
  • Review and evaluate the allocation of capital funds to Individual projects, based on the latest approved Strategic Plan for the business.
  • Provide support to other departments in reviewing their evaluation of specific projects to be submitted to the Investment Committee.
  • Prepare deliverables for submission to the Board of Directors / Investment Committee, based on SP&BA guidelines.
  • Be prepared to apply solutions, technologies and approaches required to meet the demands of a leading coal mining company.
  • Support the quality of the SP&BA deliverables through peer review and other relevant mechanisms.
  • Actively develop the capabilities of Analysts, in terms of their core skills and their wider career progression, providing mentoring and coaching to support both their delivery of their program tasks and their personal development.

Job Requirement

  • Education:
    • Master Degree in Finance / Economy I Accounting / Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • 5 - 8 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Ability to build effective working relationships with other departments.
    • Ability to coach and motivate others to perform to the best of their abilities.
    • Proven hands-on experience of business analysts techniques.
    • Good structured analysis and problem solving skills.
    • Good written and verbal business communication skills (in English).
    • Familiar and comfortable working with large spreadsheets in Excel.
    • Strong numerical skills.

Business Analyst Manager

Job Description

Job Description

  • Responsible to coordinate support infrastructure development section. Making infrastructure planning section activity, implementing and doing monitoring and evaluating of it's affectivity and efficiency. Ensure the infrastructure project can be delivered and meet with time schedule, quality and budget aspect

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the implementation with the planning that has been made.
  • Organizing budget control.
  • Provide a progress report of the planning that has been made

Job Requirement

  • Education:
  • Experience:
    • 3 - 5 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Familiar in handling mining project Infrastructure (such as road, bridge, conveyor, etc).
    • Holding POP certification would be an advantage.
    • Profident in SAP, autocad software.

Perform audit function both in operation and sales areas in Head Office and Branches. Assist in providing value-added recommendations that enhance internal control systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economy, Accounting
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in internal audit in Life Insurance and/or Financial Services industry

Accounting – Supervisor (ACC – JI)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in finance and accounting administration process for timely and accurate accounting report in compliance with regulation. Perform premium reconciliation on ledger. Perform premium listing based on Line of Business and Distribution Channel. Reconciliation and provide Premium Receivable Listing. Reconciliation and provide Accrued Expenses Listing. Review of Payment voucher to make sure the accuracy of the account and code. Review of bank reconciliation result performed by consultant

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably from Life Insurance Company or Public Accounting Firm (for Senior Staff). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for staff position

eBiz Developer – Staff (eBiz – JI)

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into system design; Develop new Web System Solutions, Enhancements and Bug Fixes; Perform Functional Test and Integration Test with other business applications; Support user and fix identified bugs during User Acceptance Test; Perform data conversion, together with the related users, during implementation phase; Prepare technical documentation for each new System Solution, Enhancement and Bug Fixes as per approved standard; Manage high quality deliverable before migration onto production environment
