Business Analyst for Supply Chain Management - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility

  • Responsible in managing  15 home cost centers associated with Procurement, Material Management, Logistic, Supply Chain Excellence and Contract organization;  8 warehouse cost centers for onshore and offshore, 9 pool cost centers which consists of fixed wing, rotary wing, jetty, boat, field base, field airport and logistic in field
  • Provide accurate monthly and year to date variance analysis for Corporate Reporting group both for opex and capex for Supply Chain Management
  • Provide Procurement, Material Management and Logistic Long Range Planning and major forecast (3+9 and 7+5) and ensure monthly accrual are supported with appropriate supporting documentation
  • Responsible to prepare monthly report for the users (Procurement, Material Management, Logistic, Supply Chain Excellence and Contract)
  • Zero weak audit for 2013 for both assurance and SOX and zero ethics violation in Business Analysis group

Required Qualifications

Basic education (s)

  • Bachelor Degree in Economic or Industrial Engineering with GPA minimal 3.5

Experience (s)

  • 3-5 years  accumulative work experience

Skill (s)

  • Variance Analysis, SAP , Financial Reporting, Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Budgeting and forecasting, cost controlling

HSE Advisor - Jakarta

Key Roles and Responsibilities

General

  • Manage the activities within the assets. Follow  team goals and targets, coach and encourage the team to achieve significant HSE results.  Be an active and visible role model, and promote motivation, good communication and work environment within the team and the project.

Health / Safety / Environment

  • Be responsible for coaching, mentoring folks within site offshore operations and involved in day-to-day monitoring work execution in the field to develop a safety culture within organization.
  • Support with development and maintain HSE Management / Assurance Plan, HSE strategies and other documents necessary for the project's HSE work processes.
  • Manage with all documents related to HSE work processes (including but not limited to Audits, Incident and Near Miss reports, Contractor HSE Plans, Leading and Lagging Metrics, etc.).
  • Ensure that these documents are in compliance with relevant Corporate and or BU HSE standards, procedures and regulations. Execute and follow up work processes accordingly.
  • In liaison with other relevant parties within COPI, ensure that relevant corporate and or BU standards, procedures and systems are adhered to.
  • Promote knowledge sharing – share safety alerts and seek knowledge from other organizations. Participate in establishing close-out report for the project.
  • Work location: This position will be placed in Jakarta, offshore, and onshore fields.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree / B. Sc. or comparable education. Less formal education may be compensated with documented relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HSE in the oil & gas industry, knowledgable in Oil & Gas operation process practices.
  • Resourceful initiative taker, good communicator (Bahasa and English)
  • Generally skilled in relevant IT applications.

Maintenance System Advisor - Jakarta

Basic Purpose

  • The System advisor is responsible for quality and economic repair work, advice for excellence troubleshooting and reliability improvement of the distribution control systems/automation system, safety control systems, process controller's, field control devices, equipment control panels, and PAGA system.

Nature and Scope

  • The System Specialist is a technically experienced worker, familiar with COPI's or International standard who experienced with repair / improvement work.
  • He / She will be the contract owner of offshore operation for things related with control system/Instrumentation and moreover to manage the contract to meet budget, time and execute safely.
  • He/She will be as the responsible person who will responsible for the shore repair works by internal or third party.
  • He / she will be the focal point of communication with SCM in procuring of required parts for field operation and to review spare part strategy.
  • He / She will support field operation in relation with maintenance management, sponsor a regular maintenance strategy review for each asset operation and deliver identified critical parts list, recommended maintenance works and in terms of reliability work closely with OEE, Asset Engineering and field operation to deliver reliability improvement for control/instrument and or relevant system.

Principal Accountability

  • Drive excellence quality and economic cost in the repair work in accordance to COPI's or International standard.
  • Accountable to achieve offshore target:
  • Zero HSE incidents for all shutdown
  • Fully optimized shutdown duration through acquisition of innovative way and optimized resources management
  • Less unplanned production loss
  • Ensure a fully aligned strategic maintenance plan by regularly review maintenance strategy of each asset in offshore operation.
  • Drive equipment reliability improvement • Work together with SCM to ensure availability of requested parts by develop, implement and maintain an effective supply chain process in offshore operation.

Technical

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years industry experience in oil and gas maintenance and operation.
  • Good understanding of maintenance on surface production facilities fundamentals

Integration

  • Ability to integrate the different parties to generate clear actions / scope of work / maintenance strategy which involved OEE, asset Engineering, SCM, Field maintenance and Field operation.

Communication

  • Ability to effectively communicate with various departments within COPI (OEE, asset Engineering, SCM, Field maintenance and Field operation).

Customer Oriented and Organization

  • Ensure delivery of quality products e.g. schedules, report, and analysis. Proactively work with task leads, supervisors, supply chain group, and field personnel to ensure an accurate and quality repair / trouble shooting / project plan.

Computer Skills

  • Familiar with SAP (Enterprises Application), Good proficiency in to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other standard MS Office application. Able to use related automation application such as Honeywell FSC, Honeywell Control Builder (Eksperion System), Windows Server 2008, Hyper terminal, PLC Programming, etc.

Proactive and Self Starter

  • Proactive and inquisitive to identify what needs to be done.

Team Lead Audit Management - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility

  • Support Manager Audit Management in providing management in reasonable assurance as to the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with all applicable laws and regulation and the ongoing adherence to corporate policies.
  • Support the development, change and implementation of key business process and controls to ensure effective SOX Compliance, FCPA Compliance, and Compliance with all other laws and regulations, continuous improvement/value creation, and minimal audit issues.
  • Develop Risk Based Internal Audit Framework
  • Develop Vendor Risk Assessment Framework
  • Develop Long Term and Annual Internal Audit Planning
  • Perform Internal Assessment as planned and report to the supervisors
  • Perform Pre SOX Assessment and Pre Assurance Audit
  • Perform Vendor Audit
