Production Manager for Pack Line - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate all activity in production pack in order to comply with any implemented systems / standard and Authority Regulation and to fulfill customer requirement.
  • Maintaining cGMP, document review update and issuing, capacity planning and capital investments, maintaining operational expense.
  • Process and efficiency improvement ideas, monitoring and problem solving, input into planning, process scheduling, operator assignment and development.
  • Report the near-missing condition and improvement idea through Improvement Report form and propose any improvement regarding cost reduction, process efficiency and compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14000, QHSE Global Guidance, 5R and other.
  • Support the superior in dealing all QA Activities including complaint handling and sample providing in day to day.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years experience in the healthcare industry and a minimum of five years experience at production / packaging management level.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Pharmacy.
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • This position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High initiative and proactive.

Sales Executive for Cropscience Plantation - Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales target in the assigned area, monitoring stock inventory and product availability, creating demand, and implementing field demos and promotion programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture (especially majoring in Plant Pest & Disease)
  • 3 years related experience in Cropscience - Plantation with proven track record in sales.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Hard worker and able to work in team
  • Result-oriented, self-reliant with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be relocated within Indonesia

PPIC Officer Cimanggis Plant - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end PPIC operations / Demand Planner in Healthcare Industry.
  • Ensure that all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the standard operating procedure and current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP)
  • Responsible for stock accuracy and to ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately in the SAP system with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance.
  • Ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university with GPA more than 2.8.
  • At least two years experience as PPIC / Demand Planner in Healthcare or Food Industry.
  • Computer Literate and experience with SAP system or any major ERP system is a must.
  • Self Driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in English both written and verbal.
  • Male or Female 25 - 30 years old

General Affair Staff For Cimanggis Plant - Depok

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Service Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Select, Supervise and Monitor the third party service on site (Security, Cleaning Service, Company Driver, Canteen, Policlinic and Labor Supplier) as well as site general supplies (Uniform, Shoes, Stationary and Other General Supplies) to ensure service satisfy site demand and administration for HR Matter related to plant and third party service.

Responsibilities of position:

  • Ensuring availability amenities in plant (uniform, safety shoes, canteen). Stationary and General Supplies for Canteen.
  • Complete HR data such as overtime (including all overtime allowances) for permanent staff and check report for casual staff.
  • Check billing from third party to ensure correct invoice and document.
  • Select and evaluate third party services; canteen; security, Cleaning Service.
  • Collect casual staff demand from each department and request to supplier.
  • Find saving / complexity reduction and third party services and general supplies.
  • Third party services satisfy site demand.
  • Saving / Complexity reduction on general site activities.
  • Supply and stock availability on general supplies (personal protective equipment, stationary, laundry, canteen, etc.).
  • Assess safety and security on site.
  • Establish innovation / improvement within general affair and purchasing to deliver saving / flexibility / complexity reduction.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economic / Technical background.
  • Knowledge on purchasing activity and general affair.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Experience at least 3 years on supervisory level.

Equipment Technician - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all machineries of production and packaging process
  • Lead a group of equipment maintenance in doing preventive maintenance, repair and improvement projects
  • Develop the existing maintenance program and skill of people
  • Support the projects and utilize the existing man power as much as possible
  • Find out the efficiency potential and implement the ideas in the working place
  • Work together with other sections and departments in order to achieve the common targets

Requirements

  • S1 / D3 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Familiar with PLC, control system, automation and GMP requirements
  • Familiar with Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Spare Parts Management
  • Strong leadership, smart-working and able to work in team
  • Problem solver and good analytic thinker
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Able to communicate in English (oral / written)
