Tuban Buyer - Tuban
Responsibilities
- The positions is needed to assists Purchasing Superintendent in executing the Purchasing Strategy (the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase, the act of purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what is required is received on time in the quality and quantity specified).
Requirements
- Education :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
- Experience :
- Two years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company
- Computer literacy :
- Language :
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
Cilacap Purchasing Superintendent - Cilacap
Responsibilities
- Scope of works :
- As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
- Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
- Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
- Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
- Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
- Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program
Requirements
- Education :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
- Experience :
- 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)
- Computer literacy :
- Language :
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Good communication interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
Logistic Terminal Operation Superintendent Sumatera Area - Batam
Responsibilities
- Scope of works :
- This function assumed as main coordinator in each terminal for receiving cement at silo, receiving & storage of empty bags, packing, dispatch bag & bulk and / or distribution to area surrounding those terminals, which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the ports for incoming import vessel, packing plant operations, maintenance equipments and distribution strategy by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon contractual term and condition
Requirements
- Education :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable.
- Experience :
- Minimum 6 years working experience in shipping/logistic
- Computer literacy :
- Language :
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Good knowledge of cement production process, Logistic distribution, and the process of loading cargo.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
- Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
- Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
