Management Trainee - Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur
Responsibilities
- At Bentoel Group, we have a Management Trainee programme (MT) that caters for the various department and functions within the company. We see graduate recruitment as part of our business strategy, ensuring that our company can sustainably prepare the next generation of leaders who can build our future as a winning organization.
- We are now looking for MTs for our Operations, Finance, and Human Resources department.
Our Program
This structured two-year programme is designed to develop some of the most talented graduates to a global standard of excellence, which consists of:
- Challenging Assignments supported by a Coach and Mentor – throughout the 2 years, the MT will be given an on-the-job development programme with assignments in his/her chosen function and supported by a coach, a mentor, and periodic formal training.
- International exposure – to enhance business insight and global best practices, the programme allows the MT to be mentored by our diverse management team and work closely with regional teams on various related projects.
- The MT will be given every opportunity to explore his/her potential, make critical business decisions and accept the accountability that comes with early responsibility. Our market leading remuneration package ensures that you will be competitively rewarded for the difference you make.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in:
- Engineering or Agriculture (MT – Operations)
- Economics and Management (MT – Finance)
- Any major (MT- HR)
- Fresh graduates (latest graduated in 2012) and final semester students are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Have experience in leadership positions and organizational activities in campus will be an advantage
- Have good analytical thinking and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in the tobacco industry
- High mobility (both local and internationally)
- Computer literate
- Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java (for MT – Operations only)
