Finance Executive - Jakarta (Thamrin)
Responsibilities
- Perform AR activities in an effective and efficient way in order to support the company's business operation and aligned with the prevailing policies and procedures.
- Perform cash monitoring, collection of receivable, and administration of other treasury activities to be aligned with the prevailing policies and procedures effectively and efficiently.
- Verify for any billing process before getting authorization in order to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and promptly paid by customer.
- Maintain journal transaction into the system so as all financial transaction recorded properly.
- Collect F / G's invoices from Logistic and match the invoices with cash receipt.
- Send email to customer regarding AR statement regularly to ensure AR payment will be executed timely by customer.
- Inform to customer by email regarding the AR due date and facility of cash discount in order to ensure that the AR will be paid by the customer timely.
- Filling and keep all AR transaction properly in order to maintain well documentation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Finance / Account Receivable
- Experiences in handling petty cash, fixed asset and A / R service transaction
- Applicants must be willing to work in The Plaza - Thamrin.
- Familiar with MS Excel

Product Manager (Tablet & Smartphone) - Jakarta (Thamrin)
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and direct product strategies for Acer brand Tablet and Smartphone product portfolio in the assigned market segment (commercial / corporate) in order to achieve the agreed division target and company's objective
- Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of product strategy plan so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company's objective
- Determine proper market penetration strategy in order to enlarge Acer market segment in Indonesia so as to achieve department target and company business strategy
- Review subordinate report and provide suggestion (if needed) to get a proper corrective action plan
- Evaluate data analyze report from subordinate and identify proper action plan to be proposed to Superior and get the approval
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendor which related to co-branding activities so as to achieve department and company objective
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Marketing Management from reputable University
- Male / Female, maximum 33 years old
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT Industry in Product Management or Sales, especially Tablet and Smartphone
- Highly analytical with strong math skills
- Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
Pre Sales Executive - Tablet & Smartphone - Jakarta (Thamrin)
Responsibilities
- For Tablet & Smartphone with Android based : Provide best solution from technical side based on customer needs and develop partners' product knowledge in order to support sales team in achieving the agreed sales target.
- Prepare and deliver presentation to external party with focus on the technical product knowledge regarding Acer products' superiority & compatibility in order to meet customers' requirement
- Conduct product benchmarking & testing with the agreed procedure to obtain proof of concept or regulation approval
- Seek and analyze competitor's product specification and features to compare and highlight our products' advantages
- Coordinate with 2nd level support team to ensure all technical problem occurred are solved in order to meet customer's expectation
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field, with minimum GPA 3,0
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Pre Sales / Techical Support.
- Expert in tablet & smartphone with Android base with sound product knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in conducting training
- Excellent customer service
- Willing to work mobile with frequent business trip
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin - Jakarta Pusat.
Sales Administration Executive - Jakarta (Thamrin)
Responsibilities
- Inputting partner PO & daily reconciliation with distributor PO in CRM to generate Sales Performance and Partner Performance
- Arrange and Monitor product loan
- Prepare new partner registration, Supporting Letter and other supporting document for tender process
- Assist Partner Management
- Administrative task : Prepare outgoing letters for commercial needs and filling documents (eg. agreement & corporate letter)
- Create Sales Performance Report and any other relevant report
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Accounting, Computer Science or Business Management
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Sales Administration / Sales Support / Logistic
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin - Jakarta Pusat.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proactive and multi-tasking
- Able to work in fast pace and under pressure

Head of Sales Support - Jakarta (Thamrin)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably Accounting / Business Management
- Minimum age is 35 years old
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Sales Support / Sales Admin / Financial Planning / Sales Analyst with 5 last years as Manager level
- Handle a large-size team with more than 1-function
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin - Jakarta Pusat.
- Good leadership skill
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Independent, able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
