Packaging Development Coordinator - Surabaya

Requirements
- Min. S1 (Sarjana) Industrial / Technical background
- Min. GPA of 2.75

- Job Location at Surabaya Factory (East Java)
- Reporting to the QA Manager, you will coordinate all activity in any packaging development in order to comply with any implemented systems / standard and Authority Regulation and to fulfill customer requirement. Coordinate packaging development project and involve actively in discussion with related department i.e. Marketing, Material Planner, Production, Engineering & Logistic, either with Supplier and Customer.
Packaging Development Coordinator - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the QA Manager, you will coordinate all activity in any packaging development in order to comply with any implemented systems / standard and Authority Regulation and to fulfill customer requirement.
- Provide and establish any specification documentation system (i.e. PMS, PGS) to ensure aligning with Bayer Crop Science requirement and standard.
- Coordinate packaging development project and involve actively in discussion with related department i.e. Marketing, Material Planner, Production, Engineering & Logistic, either with Supplier and Customer.
- Provide Packing Instruction to give clear guidance for shop floor activity.
- Establish the inspection plan for packaging material.
- Investigate non-conformities concerning packaging material and propose the corrective and preventive measures.
- Identify any risks when abnormal condition or operation appear and determine the safety measure.
- Report the near-missing condition and improvement idea through Improvement Report form and propose any improvement regarding cost reduction, process efficiency and compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14000, QHSE Global Guidance, 5R and other.
- Support the superior in dealing all QA Activities including complaint handling and sample providing in day to day.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Packaging Development Coordinator in Manufacturing.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Technical.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Hard worker and able to work in team
- Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- High initiative and proactive.
- Fast learner.
Senior Brand Manager for OTC Product - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities
- To plan, lead, and implement marketing & brand strategies to increase total Wellness & Bayer Healthcare Consumer Care Sales & Profitability.
- To collect, analyse and communicate relevant business and market information and develop recommendations for actions which will strengthen Bayer Health Care Consumer Care brands equity & becoming Bayer Healthcare Consumer Care Asset.
- Developed & implemented marketing / brand plan & strategy (4P).
- Develop, implement, evaluate communication concepts for ATL- BTL activities.
- Financial aspects responsibility: P&I, P&L, Sales, Stock level, Forecast Accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing, NSM, NKAM for sales / channel strategy.
- Coordinate closely with Demand Planner & factory to ensure reliable supply & forecast.
- Conduct any research needed in order to get more consumer insights, brand awareness / equity checked, advertising tracking, etc.
- New Product Development & Launch.
- Collaborate with Regional Brand Lead (Asia-Pacific) & Global SBU for any related projects.

Requirements
- Education level: min. Bachelor Degree in Business or related background
- At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing field with a minimum of 4-5 years in brand management
- Solid marketing experience with proven ability in strategic brand planning, consumer communication, ATL-BTL implementation Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
- High degree of organization, adaptability and prioritization

Responsibilities
Major Tasks and Responsibilities of position:
- Assisting in developing & implementing marketing / brand plan & strategy (4P)
- Assisting in developing, implementing, evaluating communication concepts for ATL- BTL activities
- Monitoring financial aspects: P&I, P&L, Sales.
