Assistant Customer Marketing Manager - Indonesia

Job Description

  • The Assistant Customer Marketing Manager is assisting Customer Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing the customer marketing plan (CMP) for each channel/customer within his/her responsible category by preparing and implementing promotion and activation plan that supports the objectives/message of our brands and the customer. Also support the development execution of brand/ category solutions & activities for Customer/ Channels based on fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights.

Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor degree
  • Min 2 years experience in similar role from FMCG industry
  • Max 30 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • Min 1 to 2 years Brand Building experience is ideal
  • Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience (relevant in sales and marketing)
  • At least 1 to 2 years Account management/ Field Sales experience

Assistant Sales Operations Manager - Indonesia

Job Description

  • Assistant Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting Sales Operations Manager –in planning a smooth and cost effective operation between Unilever and customers and smooth transition between regular basis and occasional basis for the responsible categories by driving sales forecasting accuracy, supporting data and information to deliver volume plan to ensure volume delivery as per agreed plan and target set achievement.

Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor degree
  • Min 2 years working experience within CD function, preferred from FMCG industry
  • Experience sales operations and familiar with IT/ Systems(SAP)/ Microsoft Access
  • Max 30 years old
  • Fluent in English
