Officer Development Program Funding (ODP Funding) - Indonesia
Job Descriptions
- ODP Funding is a systematic development program designed for potential and talented fresh graduates or who already have the experience to be given Sales Funding basic training for 6 months, through on-the-job-development that supported by classroom learning (in class training) and in the branch office learning (on the job training) and the candidates who pass the training will be assigned as an Assistant Manager in Retail Banking unit in BII branch network throughout Indonesia, then to be developed as Bank BII future leaders.
- Considering the importance of this program for BII business growth, then only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor degree and 29 years old for Master degree
- Target oriented
- Possess good interpesonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed in Bank BII branch network throughout Indonesia
- Selection test for qualified applicants will be held in Jakarta

Requirements

- Strong understanding of IT processes, infrastructure and technology applications
- Sound accounting and financial analysis skill
- Excellent problem-solving skill, technology risk conscious and clear logical thinking
- Self-motivated and able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English

IT Audit Team Leader - Jakarta Raya
Requirements
- Has 2 to 3 years experience as IT Audit in banking industry and familiar with banking regulations
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology (IT) or Accounting from reputable university
- Strong understanding of IT processes, infrastructure and technology applications
- Solid understanding of Operating System (e.g., MSWindows, Unix, OS/400) and Database Management (Oracle, SQL)
- Hands-on experience of audit tool software (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
- Sound accounting and financial analysis skill
- Excellent problem-solving skill, technology risk conscious and clear logical thinking
- Self-motivated and able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
