Laboratory Technician - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility

  • Seek data via sampling work to get performance of plant
  • Perform sampling directly from plant (life plant) & analysis sample in every required stream / fluid such as natural gas, condensate / crude oil, lube oil, soil, water and also new chemical / substance.
  • Produce report and documented in database system
  • Optimize sampling analysis to accommodate several purpose
  • Handling Laboratory waste by collecting, counting, packaging, prepare waste manifest & coordinate with waste coordinator for disposal
  • Perform calibration & standardization for all laboratory instruments to get high reliable & accuracy analysis
  • Controlling availability of Laboratory consumable material such as chemical, reagent & liquid / solid standard
  • Understand & familiar to operate existing Laboratory instruments
  • Familiar with laboratory standard

Principal Accountability

  • Perform sampling and analysis of crude oil / condensate, natural gas, amine, glycol, produced water / water, lube oil, gas emission and other samples in order to support onshore operation to maintain good processing plant
  • Perform calibration for instruments / analyzers in order to get reliable & accuracy analysis result
  • Perform sampling and analyses of samples for environmental monitoring (RKL / RPL) such as produced water, effluent water, drainage water, gas emission also spot sample related to environmental issue.
  • Perform simulation / study or special analysis (bottle test) to support onshore operation for trouble shoot and prior implemented in the plant.
  • Perform sampling & analysis for quality control purpose for new chemical product delivered by vendor prior received by WHS such as diesel fuel, gasoline, glycol & amine
  • Prepare laboratory analysis report & documented in database system
  • Maintain instruments / analyzers are working properly
  • Handling Laboratory waste by collecting, counting, packaging, prepare waste manifest & coordinate with waste coordinator for disposal
  • Make sure all sample receive in Laboratory is recorded & labeling
  • Prepare packaging, labeling & attached document needed for all samples will be sent to outside Laboratory
  • Make sure stock consumable reagent & chemical is available in Laboratory
  • Follow Laboratory procedure when working in the Lab
  • Prepare SOP / SSP for some parameters analysis

Required Qualifications

  • D3 Chemical Analyst / Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years' experience at oil & gas industry or relevant.
  • Ability to work as a team and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good attitude & hard working.
  • Willing to work in remote area.

Lead Mechanical Engineer - Jakarta

Basic Purposes

  • Lead a mechanical engineering team responsible for the technical integrity and qualified for performing all Stationary Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Heat Exchanger, Piping System, etc.) design and construction on the assigned plant modification or projects works in accordance with all applicable Company and International industrial code, standards, occupational of health, safety & environmental system

Responsibilities

  • Support other disciplines to identify and evaluate optimum field development scenarios.
  • To lead Stationary Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Heat Exchanger, etc.) and Line sizing calculations.
  • Analyze detailed construction and internal part of stationary Equipment design.
  • To lead evaluation of the Piping Lay Out, Equipment Lay Out, and Isometric drawing.
  • Participate in development of BU mechanical engineering standards / specifications / guidelines
  • Participate in determining Mechanical integrity.
  • Support Maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate all aspect of Mechanical design requirements including the compilation of scopes of work and specifications to evaluate optimum field development scenario for conceptual and FEL development.
  • Interface with contractors, technical teams to integrate development plans with existing facilities for complex bid package.
  • Coordinate the preparation of AFE package, Scope of work, Cost Estimate and JSA.
  • Interface with the Regulator, government agencies and other project stakeholders as required in facilitating design and permitting reviews
  • Coordinate for preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation and recommend the bidder.
  • Co-ordinate in-house technical design reviews and document distribution
  • Oversee the contractor's technical work scopes are executed in accordance with Contract specifications, contract technical requirements and Industry codes & standards.
  • Plan and promote all work to be implemented in a safe manner in support of the Project and Indonesian Business Unit's HSE objectives.
  • Responsible for the review and assessment of the cost and schedule information.
  • Mentoring less experience Mechanical Engineers

Required Qualifications

  • Facilities Engineering Work for minimum 10-15 years experience.
  • Able to lead activities and develop network outside the team.
  • Skilled / Mastery Level of Mechanical Engineering work which included:
    • Fundamental Principle
    • Piping System
    • Unfired Pressure Vessels
    • Fired Equipment – Boiler and Heaters
    • Atmospheric Storage Tank
    • Heat Exchangers
    • Heating, Ventilation and Cooling System
    • Safety System.
    • Material Handling System.
    • Operation and Maintenance.
  • Requisition closing date of September 2, 2013.
