Graduate Human Resources - OD - Indonesia
- To effectively develop, implement, and evaluate plans for competency-based learning and training activities within TCI. To be responsible for development of supervisory training and implementation of competency-based assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from HR or Management, with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University (Year of Graduation 2011-2013), and 0-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Have experience in learning and people development principles and concepts
- Have experience in training and facilitation skill
- Understand th behavioral assessment tools
