Graduate Trainee Program
Program Descriptions
To overcome the situation, CCAI created a program called Graduate Trainee Program (GTP), a structured 12-months training for young professional/fresh graduates to create dynamic, dedicated and responsive future leaders. Since 1995, we have 10 graduates from this program and some of them is currently sitting on various strategic position in the organisation. For those who motivated, passionate, dedicated and seek for opportunity to develop your capability also loves challenges, we invite you to join the Graduate Trainee Program with Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia with following areas of choices:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Manufacturing
- Logistic
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Business Services
Program Structure
- To bring on board high potential graduates with good qualification (intellectual capability, motivation and behavior)
- In: Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistic, Business Service, Finance, IT, Human Resources
- Development process that emphasize:
- Business understanding
- How to be effective as an individual employee
- Hands on in certain task / role, have technical knowledge, practices, and
- Explosure to real job role
- Contribute to business, and have leadership knowledge & practice
- Strengthen organization capability by:
- Filling in short-term and long term positions and
- Developing future leaders
General Requirements
- Bachelor / Master Graduates from reputable university, with excellent academic record
- Maximum 1 year working experience
- Active in organisation or any social activities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbally)
- Willing to be placed all around Indonesia
- The Graduate Trainee Program currently open for:
- Manufacturing
- Logistic
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Business Services
